Decisions Counseling Services is a fully insured LLC

Rates

Therapy appointments are scheduled in 50-minute blocks.

• 30-minute initial take-in consultation at no cost

• Individual client session $250/hour

• Family session $275/hour

Insurance

I do not take insurance at this time.

Payment

Payment for all therapy sessions is required at the start of each session. I accept cash, check, and all major credit cards using Square secure payments.

Cancellation Policy

Failure to show up for your scheduled therapy appointment without 24 minimum prior notice via text, phone call, or email, will result in the required full payment of the session.

Privacy & Security

Your privacy is of the utmost importance. All correspondence and information between therapist and patient are highly confidential & secure.

All Telehealth Sessions are secure and using HIPAA authorized
